You will apply your expert knowledge in automotive systems to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, contributing to our commitment to providing top-quality service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems or necessary repairs.
- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment to perform accurate diagnostics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address challenging repairs and provide solutions to improve vehicle performance.
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an A Level Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
- ASE Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
